Maya Ali joins elite list of Pakistani celebrities having UAE Golden Visa

Pakistani actress Maya Ali is widely admired for her acting skills, beauty and fashion sense. She has a massive following on social media platforms such as Instagram, where she often shares her daily life and work updates with her fans.

In her latest Instagram post, Maya Ali thanked the Dubai authorities for granting her a UAE Golden Visa.

The UAE Golden Visa is granted to individuals who meet certain criteria, such as investors, entrepreneurs, innovators, outstanding students and professionals in various fields, including science, medicine, engineering, art, culture and sports.

Applicants are required to fulfill specific conditions, such as having a minimum investment of AED 10 million (approximately USD 2.7 million) in a local business or property, or having exceptional skills and achievements in their respective fields.

Tagging the official General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Maya Ali wrote, “So grateful to have received my Golden Visa. It’s an absolute honour for me. Special thanks to @muhammadmoazzamqureshi1 for making this happen.”

Maya Ali is a Pakistani actress, model, and VJ (video jockey) born in Lahore on July 27, 1989. Her real name is Maryam Tanveer Ali, but she is commonly known by her stage name Maya Ali.

Maya Ali started her career as a video jockey on different TV channels in Pakistan, including Samaa TV, Waqt News, and Dunya News. She gained immense popularity with her show “Maya Ka Magic” on the Waqt News channel.

In 2012, Maya Ali made her acting debut with the drama serial “Durr-e-Shehwar” on Hum TV, which was a massive hit and earned her critical acclaim. She has since appeared in several popular TV serials, including “Aunn Zara,” “Shanakht,” “Mera Naam Yousuf Hai,” “Diyaar-e-Dil,” “Mann Mayal,” and “Sanam.”

Maya Ali has also worked in Pakistani films and made her film debut with the romantic-comedy “Teefa in Trouble” in 2018, which was a commercial success. She has also appeared in the film “Parey Hut Love” in 2019.

Maya Ali has received several awards for her work, including the Hum Award for Best Television Sensation Female in 2014, the Hum Award for Best Actress for her role in “Mann Mayal” in 2017, and the Lux Style Award for Best Film Actress in 2019.

Aside from her successful acting career, Maya Ali is known for her philanthropic work. She has actively participated in charity events and campaigns, including raising funds for the Pakistan Army and donating to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital.
