Navjot Singh Sidhu, cricketer-turned-politician and President of the Punjab chapter of the Indian National Congress, came under fire on Saturday for describing Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan as his ‘elder brother’.

Sidhu, who arrived in Pakistan via the Kartarpur Corridor to attend the birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak, expressed his gratitude to the Pakistani prime minister for facilitating Sikhs on the birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak, founder of the Sikh religion. He also thanked Khan for the rousing welcome that he received on his arrival in Pakistan.

However, it seems like Indian hate-mongers, mostly associated with the Hindu extremist party BJP of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are extremely unhappy with Sidhu’s Pakistan visit and his remarks about Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Here some tweets from Indian hatemongers that may give the readers a glimpse into the level of anti-Pakistan, anti-Muslim and anti-Islam indoctrination in Modi’s India.
