The news of a couple indulging in intimate kissing on board a flight of a Pakistani private airline went viral on the Pakistani electronic and social media on Wednesday.
Here is what happened on board a domestic flight of Airblue, a private Pakistani airline owned by former prime minister and senior leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi:
According to the information leaked to the media by some people on board the Airblue flight, passengers saw a couple indulging in intimate kissing during the flight and warned them against indulging in such an act publically, but they didn’t stop.
Later, some passengers complained to the cabin crew about the couple’s act and the cabin crew told the couple not to do this. However, the couple did not listen even to the cabin crew and continued to do what they had been doing in front of passengers.
According to a passenger, the couple told those warning them against indulging in such an act that it was their personal matter and others did not have any right to interfere in it.

However, the cabin crew came up with a novel idea to cover what the couple had been doing. They brought the couple a blanket and told them to do under the blanked whatever they wanted to do.
It was not immediately clear if the two people involved in this act were married to each other or not, if they were foreigners or Pakistani and if they were Muslims or belonged to some other faith.
Until now, there is no information publicly available if the airline can take any action against such people under their code of conduct and if any action has been taken against the couple at any level.
The news of the couple kissing on the Airblue flight became a top trend with #airbluekissing in Pakistan on Wednesday and this trend continued into Thursday as well.
